PROJECT: Cheltenham
The extension provides a seamless flow between the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a versatile and inviting family space. An exterior decking area extends the living environment outdoors, offering additional space for relaxation and entertaining while maintaining harmony with the existing structure.
Cheltenham is a single-storey rear extension to a semi-detached property, inspired by the modern London townhouse extension typology. The design prioritises natural light through the incorporation of interior courtyards and strategically placed light wells, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.
