PROJECT: Saltash

The project entails the conversion of an existing commercial unit into a functional paper factory. The building is being divided into two distinct halves to optimise workflow and operational efficiency within the space.

A mezzanine level is being constructed to maximise usable floor area, providing additional storage and workspace while maintaining clear circulation throughout the factory. The design carefully balances practical requirements with the existing structure's constraints.
