PROJECT: Lower Cuttivet

Sustainability was a key focus throughout the design process, with an emphasis on using locally sourced materials and incorporating energy-efficient solutions. The finished scheme respects the rural context by maintaining the building’s traditional form and scale, ensuring a harmonious fit within the surrounding landscape.

Lower Cuttivet involves the sensitive conversion of a former cow barn into a bespoke retirement cottage. The project has been carefully developed to comply with Class Q permitted development rights, allowing for the adaptation of the existing agricultural building while preserving its original character.
