PROJECT: Plymouth Hoe

The site is located in the Hoe Conservation Area and formally consisted of off street parking situated between traditional Victorian buildings.

The new dwelling echoes the architectural character of the neighbouring properties and the scale compliments the proportion of the local vernacular with minimal impact on the surrounding context.

The dwelling has two bedrooms, an internal garage and contemporary roof terrace accessed by a lead cladded access room.
