The proposal featured an increased height to allow for future construction of a first-floor mezzanine to suit company expansion.
The materiality of the unit is insulated composite panels, with rendered low-level walls. Strategically located windows, doors and roof lights provide high level internal daylight levels.

The new unit includes offices, conference rooms, staff canteen, a storage facility, and an internal link into the neighbouring premises.
